Plan & Prep | February 20th - 26th
We started this week off with a fridge full of leftovers, both from meals from the tail end of last week, and food we brought home from lunch with family on Saturday. As a result most of our meal plan this week will revolve around using up those leftovers in a timely manner. While leftovers are not always as pleasing as a fresh made meal, they do typically mean less dishes to wash, and more time to do other things. I try to keep them interesting by switching out the vegetable or adding another fresh component.
I did not end up prepping to much meal wise, but I did make some biscuits using up both buttermilk and heavy cream that were past their prime, shredding cheese for easy use throughout the week (we typically buy blocks vs pre-shredded cheese), and am planning on making some breakfast "burritos" using phyllo dough that my mom passed onto me a few weeks ago later in the week.

Meal Prep
- Baking Powder Biscuits, Using the Buttermilk & Cream
- Four Ounces of Misc Blocks of Cheese, Shredded, for use throughout the week
- The Rest of the Parsley, Chopped for Easy Use
- Breakfast "Burritos" using Phyllo Dough w/ Eggs, Cheese, & Cooked Scrapple
- Cheesy Garlic Bread

- Strawberry Blueberry Overnight Oats
- Granola Bars & Peanut Butter
- Misc Leftovers - when I work from home I often eat my lunch for a late breakfast, and make a snack plate for a light lunch
- Breakfast "Burritos" - Using Phyllo Dough that was given to me
- Saturday - American Chop Suey & Stuffed Cabbage Rolls w/ Family
- Sunday - Instant Pot Spaghetti Leftovers w/ Garlic Bread
- Monday - Lemon Garlic Chicken w/ Spinach and Knorr Creamy Shells
- Tuesday - Dinner Out at Texas Roadhouse
- Wednesday - Chicken and Shrimp w/ Cream Sauce, Green Beans, Pasta
- Thursday - Instant Pot Spaghetti Leftovers w/ Garlic Bread & Green Beans
- Friday - Leftovers or Ham Steak, Cauliflower, Potatoes, and another veg tbd
- Applesauce, Grapes, Yogurt
- Also Available: carrots, popcorn, cheese sticks, nuts, pretzels, etc
