Plan & Prep | July 11th - 17th
With leftovers and odd-and-ends galore, this week will be focused on using up what we have open in the fridge and pantry.

I did not do any prep on Sunday as I was out of town, but Ben pulled together a simple chicken stirfry for his lunches, along with some yogurt cups. On Tuesday night I plan to cook a full meal, plus a few snack items while the oven is on. This week is very humid so I am trying to limit how often we turn the oven on.
Some weeks lend themselves to very structures meal plans, others like this week focus on using up leftovers. Let your schedule and activities drive your meal plan strategy!
Breakfasts for the Week
- Strawberry & Yogurt Cups w/ Cheerios
- Freezer Breakfast Burritos
- Granola Bars
- Breakfast Biscuits w/ Peanut Butter
- Egg & Cheese English Muffin Sandwiches (?)
Lunches for the Week
- BBQ Chicken Sandwiches & Baked Beans (from freezer)
- Chicken & Veggie Stirfry
- Pesto Chicken w/ Vegetable Side
- Leftovers
Lunch Snacks for the Week
- Grapes
- Raw Veggies & Dip (first cukes from the garden!)
- Hummus
- Also Available: carrots, popcorn, cheese sticks, nuts, pretzels, etc
Dinners for the Week
- Stromboli
- Maple Mustard & Garlic Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Beets, Baked Potatoes
- Summer Vegetable Tian
- A fill in near the end of the week if needed
