Plan & Prep | June 13th - June 19th

Planning and Prepping your meals for the week is a great time saver and reduces food waste!

On Sunday I prep work lunches for the week and get components for future dinners organized. Wednesday nights are often used for a second mini prep to get us through the rest of the week.

Some weeks lend themselves to very structures meal plans, others, like this week, will need a bit more flexibility. Let your schedule and activities drive your meal plan strategy.

We are crossing our fingers that our septic pump will be fixed today! We've been trying to reduce the number of dishes we use as much as possible, so meal prep again this week was limited.

Ben and I are both working back in the office now, so all lunches and breakfasts are packed from home.
