WWS & WWA | April 2nd - April 8th

This week was a pretty low spend week. I stopped into Shaw's to pick up a few sale items, like ice cream for Ben's birthday, and of course I cruised the clearance sections while I was there. 

I've seen very few decent coupon deals lately, but... Shaw's was advertising all Annie's products at 50% off, plus I had two app coupons, each for $1.25 a specific Annie's product, plus a one dollar off when you buy two peely in my coupon stash. Stacking the sale & coupons together resulted in getting two items for $0.49 each!

  • Twix Cookies & Cream Bar - $0.64 (clearance)
  • Progresso Chicken & Dumpling Soup - $1.34
  • 1.27lbs. Red Seedless Grapes - $1.23
  • Tax & Bottle Deposit: $0.36

What We Ate

Planned & Prepped - Did it Go as Planned?

Almost? We took Friday off from work, which I forgot to incorporate into my meal plan, oops! I ended up having to shuffle some recipes around to make sure we used up those items that needed to be used, and didn't end up with too many leftovers. In the end though it all worked out ok, and I was happy to get lots of odds and ends out of my fridge!
